What makes this tribute masters of the ABBA scene?

The Bjorn Identity deliver every detail a fan would notice: from handmade replica costumes, uncanny vocal likeness to the original quartet, real-life couples portraying Agnetha & Björn and Frida & Benny (yes, even that chemistry) and the iconic spinning white Yamaha piano Benny played, at the forefront of a seven-piece live band.

In an recent interview with the Irish News, the band spoke about why this local act performing a Swedish super-group tribute means so much:

“As local NI performers, it’s an honour and a privilege to be able to perform the music of our idols on a stage like the Ulster Hall … we’re proud of being from here and proud of entertaining audiences in venues we grew up watching shows in.” 

Indeed, the Ulster Hall isn’t just another venue — it’s a Belfast cultural landmark, an iconic stage that has hosted everything from Victorian concerts to rock gigs and A list musicians. For a home-grown tribute band to stand on that stage and channel ABBA’s magic is not only a delivering a concert that celebrates — but an achievement worth recognising – it’s a celebration of their artistic roots, legacy and local talent making good!

• A full live two-hour show packed with all the favourite hits of ABBA: Mamma Mia, Waterloo, Take a Chance on Me, along with that golden moment – Dancing Queen. Other notable deep-cuts from the Arrival Album such as Why Did It Have To Be Me as well as a mind-blowing performance of The Visitors and Don’t Shut Me Down, and Eagle giving a nod to the ABBAtar show at London Arena – ABBA Voyage

• A bigger band than ever before — with special features to be revealed, surprise moments and fan-only touches.
